School Project

The School Project of Linea d’Ombra-Festival Culture Giovani has taken place for many years with great success, involving thousands of children in high schools in the province of Salerno. We can regard it as a means of approaching the Festival. It is an important and significant way of understanding how cinema is perceived by young people, how they use it to try to interpret the world in which they live, how cinema involves them emotionally and helps them in a stage of life, adolescence, which is as wonderful as it is difficult. Among the many things that stay with us from this adventure, the best aspects come from the reflections of the students, from the discussions that are triggered at the end of each projection and also from those that occur afterwards in class and in peer groups. I know that this happens and it gives us great satisfaction.
